How We Handle a Detroit Office Event
We drive in from Grand Rapids, about two and a half hours away, and arrive early to set up before your first break.
Indoors we need two separate 120V outlets within 50 feet of the cart, in a lobby, break room or event hall. Outdoors we bring our own canopy tent.

Tell us when and where, how many people, and your serving window, for example 9 to 11am.
Building details
Loading dock, elevator access, parking and any check in rules. Downtown buildings often have all three, and we plan our load in around them.
Your logo
Send your logo file if you want branded cups. We handle the rest.

Detroit Corporate Questions
Do you cater office events in Detroit?
Yes. We travel from Grand Rapids to offices and venues across Detroit and nearby cities, including Dearborn, Pontiac, Clarkston and Flint. A flat travel fee for the drive is included in your quote.
How far ahead should we book?
We need at least 24 hours' notice. Weekday dates around the holidays fill first, so book early if you can.
How many people can you serve?
There's no headcount limit. Tell us your number and serving window and we'll plan the setup around it.
How do we pay?
A 20% deposit reserves the date. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event. Book within 2 weeks of the date and it's paid in full at booking.
