How a Detroit Wedding Works When We Travel
We're based in Grand Rapids, about two and a half hours away. On your wedding day we drive in early, so the cart is set up and the espresso is dialed in before guests arrive.
We bring our own canopy tent for outdoor setups, so a garden ceremony or a courtyard reception works rain or shine. Inside, we fit in a loft, a ballroom or a barn. All we need from your venue is two separate 120V outlets within 50 feet of the cart.

Detroit Wedding Questions
Do you travel to Detroit for weddings?
Yes. We come from Grand Rapids to Detroit and nearby cities, including Dearborn, Pontiac, Clarkston and Flint. A flat travel fee for the drive is included in your quote.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Popular wedding dates book months in advance.
What if it rains?
We bring our own canopy tent, so outdoor setups are covered.
Is there a guest limit?
No. We serve weddings of any size.
How does payment work?
A 20% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding. Book within 2 weeks of the date and it's paid in full at booking.
